(O'Driscoll is convicted of second degree murder, and sentenced to sixteen years in prison. Over five years later, a jury finds Disney negligent in not getting emergency help quickly enough, and awards US$600,000 to Yorba's family. Disney appeals, and settles out of court.) [163] [450.142]
