If you're new to Vancouver, go to the map of Greater Vancouver,
and look for the area in which you will be working or in the area you wish to live in.
Once you have picked a community, simply click on the map or the
navigation bar,
which is on the bottom of each page.
A split screen should appear. The left screen contains the apartment/townhouse names. Click on
each building to see if it suits your needs, price range, etc. A small map is included for your
convenience.

How to use the Listings Page
When is aptrentals.net updated?
The Listings Page on aptrentals.net is constantly being
updated. We supply up to the minute postings. As soon as a building manager notifies us about
any up coming vacancies, it is on the website, immediately. When notices to vacate peak, usually at the
end and beginning of each
month, aptrentals.net, is updated every few hours. Typically during the month,
Aptrentals.net is updated daily, Monday-Friday, usually between 10:00am and 11:00am. On weekends,
the website is updated as soon as new information is received.
Rental Application Page
The rental application uses HTML format. You must include your email address.
If you print the application, it can be faxed to us at 250-656-6152.
The Reservations/Waiting List
With over 3,800 apartments, and townhouses you would think you could live anywhere at anytime.
Unbelievable as it may seem, there are times, especially at the end of each month, where we
have extremely few units left. For this reason you can apply, using the
Reservations, and
actually prebook your favourite unit. Time is not an issue, if you want a certain building and
are willing to wait, we will let you know when a vacancy occurs. By using the pull down bar,
select your apartment/townhome, the number of bedrooms, etc. Don't forget to include the date you
want to move in, and your correct email address! If you don't hear back from us within one business
day or two days on the weekend, then we probably have the wrong email address for you. Please
check back with any of the contact the rental office
links. In the comments section enter any additional information or special needs you may require. The current address
and web site source information is only used to help us let others know about our free web site
service. When you contact the rental office via e-mail please specify the building or buildings
you are referring to.

Job Application
The Job Application page is for those wishing to apply for employment with Nacel Properties.
These positions range from apartment manager to office staff. While turn over is usually quite
low, openings do occur from time to time. For this reason, we like to keep applications on file
should a position become available. With over 70 buildings to maintain, we need good managers,
experienced in building maintenance, and collecting rent. See our
