The manual notes that volunteering in an aboriginal setting is unique as both the needs of the people served and the cultural traditions are different. Like other books on developing a volunteer program, the manual addresses key issues such as program planning, recruitment and selection, supervision, recognition and evaluation. The video expands upon this and relates the content to an aboriginal setting.
