Workshop Cancellation Policy
For all Volunteer Victoria workshops (except the annual Overview of Volunteer Management course) refunds will not be given to participants who cancel less than five business days before the workshop - unless Volunteer Victoria can fill their spot with a waitlisted participant. It is recommended that participants first try to send another individual from their organization to the workshop in their place if they find they have to cancel.

Unraveling the Mystery of VolWeb
Have you ever asked “How do I post a volunteer position?” or “What can I do to attract more volunteers with my posting?” or “I can’t remember my user name and password!” If using VolWeb is a challenge, this is for you! We are offering our agencies one-on-one support with VolWeb, every 1st and 3rd Friday of the month, from 9am-12pm. We’re here to help with your questions about VolWeb and support you in creating eye-catching volunteer position descriptions. Call 250.386.2269 or email us at bonnie@volunteervictoria.bc.ca to book your appointment.

For more information about workshops offered through Volunteer Victoria, contact Beth Cougler Blom, Manager, Training and Outreach. If you would like to receive our E-link newsletter (emailed out every two weeks) to be notified of Volunteer Victoria news and events, including training workshops, please let us know.
