Greater Victoria consists of 13 municipalities, 4 of which constitute in city core. These are Victoria, Oak Bay, Esquimalt and Saanich. The other municipalities are: View Royal, Highlands, North Sannich, Central Saanich, and the West Shore including Colwood, Langford, Metchosin and the Highlands. When you travel throughout greater Victoria you will have little knowledge that you are not in one city.
