Donna Rose has been busy putting together what we expect to be a very exciting meeting Sept. 30 through Oct 2, 2004. Donna says,
"On Friday Oct. 1 we'll be taking a bus trip. This is a very beautiful time of the year in Missouri. We'll be visiting sites we've never seen before and we are going to hear information that will be new to many.
"John Koblas has agreed to speak at the meeting on Saturday, Oct. 2, and I'm working on getting at least three more interesting and exciting speakers.
"The Friends of the Youngers will also be having their meeting that weekend
in Harrisonville. They will be meeting then so as to attend the Cass County
Living History Festival. I'm sure we will have the opportunity to visit with
some of the FOTY members during our stay in the area."
