	The Divine Light Spiritual Foundation was incorporated by the Government of Canada on 13 November 2007 to operate within the Province of Ontario. Previously, this congregation operated for many years as the Fellowship of Spiritualists Church.
	The Divine Light Spiritual Foundation was granted independent denomination status by the Government of Ontario, effective 7 November 2008. It has the authority to ordain ministers who are able to perform marriage rites within the Province of Ontario, under the Marriage Act.
	The Divine Light Spiritual Foundation is a registered charitable organization (registration number: 82925 4416 RR0001).
