	The First Spiritualist Church of Vancouver was incorporated by the Province of British Columbia on 21 June 1918 as the successor of the First Spiritualist Society, Vancouver, B.C. The church's name was changed to the First United Spiritualist Church of Vancouver on 16 March 1931.
