SHIPPING:
- Unless a different method is requested at ordering time, we will send
your order via Air Mail (not expensive, but no tracking available,
about 10 days to most international destinations).
If you wish, we can ship it via: ExpressPost, Federal
Express, etc. (at additional cost) at your written request.
Please write your choice in comments box of order form, confirming acceptance
of extra charges.
Please let us know if you wish to have extra insurance (ExpressPost
insurance for up to$100 is included in basic ExpressPost charge, and
shipment is trackable)
- Shipping charges
(Air Mail), applicable taxes (if any), etc. will be shown on final calculation
form, and invoice will be e-mailed to you automatically when Shopping
Basket is used. (FedEx or other special delivery
charges will be added manually when processing your order)

- Your automated invoice is your order confirmation, and no separate
order confirmation is issued. We will contaqct you in case of shipping/processing
problems. Otherwise, your order will be shipped within 72 hours.
- Border fees of your country (if any) are responsibility of receiver,
and we can't calculate them. Usually there are no such fees for small
and medium orders. However, we can not be responsible for these.

SATISFACTION
GUARANTEED! Return Policy:
We hope that you will enjoy your order, but in case you will not,
just send it back to us within 30 days from the date of your order
in the original condition and package for a full refund, less
shipping costs.
(Does not apply to specially ordered items, Russian glass holograms
and Fine Art holograms.) We regret that we can't accept returns of these
items. Thank you for understanding. Incense, and other items can be
returned only in unused, brand-new like condition.
We are not responsible for any fees, duty or taxes in case of international
returns. Please make sure these would be billed to you, or we may need
to refuse shipment. If we accept a return with such fees to be paid,
these will be deducted from the amount of refund.
It
is necessary to e-mail us prior shipping back, to check with us
for the best way of your return, and a proper return procedure. (Border
fees can be avoided by proper feeling of customs form). We will give
you detailed info when we receive your message with request for return.
Returning
the merchandise in original condition without damage, and within the
30 days time is a sole responsibility of ordering person or company.
We will not accept returns shipped collect, or with any fees to be collected.
If
after consultation with customer we agree on receiving such shipment
with pending charges (border fees, taxes, etc.), total of such charges
will be deducted from the credit issued
for value of returned merchandise. Additionally, we will not be able
to issue a credit for merchandise returned in damaged condition. In
such case, damaged item will be returned to purchaser at an additional
cost. We recommend insuring return shipments. Returns without authorization,
late returns, etc. may not be accepted, or may be subject to 15% restocking
fee - at our discretion.

Damaged
Goods:
In the unlikely situation that your ordered product arrived damaged
to you, you need to inform us ASAP, maximum 48 hours from the
receiving date (by email, phone or fax). You are asked to keep the full
packaging and damaged items for inspection, in case we need to open an
insurance claim with the shipping company. Failure to do so will void
any responsibilities for the occured damage on our or the shipping company's
side. |
