Peer Career Support Online has been designed primarily for peer trainers, supervisors, and peer career workers in secondary schools, colleges, and universities. While the major portion of what appears here is based on the expressed needs of those involved in peer career support work, the resources provided here will also be useful to other peer programs. We gratefully acknowledge the support of Industry Canada's SchoolNet in helping to establish this online service.
Navigation Guides
All the information here has been prepared using the World-Wide Web browser, Netscape 2.0. If you are using a different browser such as Mosaic, Lynx, or Internet Explorer to access Peer Career Support Online, you may have some difficulties (links might not connect, colours may look funny, or images may not appear properly. If you have any problems with these pages, you can get help by sending an e-mail message to the Project Supervisor.
If you are unfamiliar with using a browser such as Netscape, here is a brief explanation of how these pages work. Each time you see text highlighted or underlined that means there is a LINK to some action associated with that text. For example, in the paragraph above the words, Project Supervisor, are either a different colour, highlighted, and underlined, depending on the browser you are using. This type of text allows you to select or click that text with your mouse and it will take you to that place or carry out the action associated with that text. Selecting Project Supervisor, for example, will allow you to send an e-mail message directly to Rey Carr, the Project Supervisor.
