Form K - Notice of Tenant's Responsibilities

A Form K must be submitted to the strata each time a strata lot is rented to a different tenant.

  (bylaw 30)

An Occupant Registration form must be submitted each time a strata lot is occupied by a different owner or tenant.

(bylaws 4 and 30)
