All people seek respect and love, people of all spiritual backgrounds understand love and compassion as the highest of virtues, this leads to answers of life's questions, finding solutions to all one's balanced desires, an opportunity to live a respectful and worthy lifestyle and to be able to give back by assisting others, as together we grow in Body, Mind and Spirit

The goal is to actualize a new Retreat facility and Peace Centre for Western Canada here in the greater Cowichan Valley open to people from all cultures and all walks in life. In 2010 we obtained the Land, now we have the opportunity to move forward with our Vision to help all BE-ings find health of body, mind and spirit; inner happiness and prosperity.

We are a devoted Community of like minded spiritually engaged Buddhists who have taken a vow to spread the philosophy of wisdom and peaceful means where ever we walk.

The fundamental objective of the our Retreat Garden and Peace Center is to share the benefits of a peaceful place to visit and study the Inner Self, the active goal is the achievement of spiritual sustain-ability and peaceful means for all people who visit here.

We understand that wisdom and enlightenment take personal development and so are happy to share a place for all people to "chop wood, harvest vegetables, carry water" and having achieved wisdom and enlightenment, then happily "chop wood, harvest vegetables and carry water," the circle of life.

Herein then lies the goal of our Nichiren Retreat Garden! A place to release stress, take a walk in the forest, listen to the Cowichan River run by; an open door of Mindfulness and In-Sight, how wonderful. Everyone is welcome here!
