Terms
and Conditions:
 |
Client agrees to pay all entry fees and assumes
responsibility for making entries unless prior arrangements have been made
for handler to make entries and a FAX or phone entry account has been set up
to charge all fees to the owners.
|
 |
Client agrees to notify handler as to which shows will be
entered. It is further understood
that failure of client to enter dog (client forgets, the entry service fails to
receive entry, entry lost in the mail etc) after verbally contracting the
handler to show a dog for a specific show or shows will result in assessment of
full handling fees for said shows. Fees
will also be assessed in full if client withdraws a dog after close of entries
or within 48 hours of closing date for a given show, extreme emergencies will be
considered on an individual basis.
|
 |
The client shall be provided with marked tear sheets,
prizes and ribbons as soon as possible after each show. All cash awards shall remain in the handler’s possession.
|
 |
It
is understood that the owner of the dog will assume all costs incurred by the
handler for any medical treatment by a veterinarian required for the dog while
under the supervision of the handler. It
is further agreed that the handler shall determine the need for any veterinary
care for the animal while under their supervision.
Although every precaution will be taken to avoid any incident, the
handler cannot be held responsible should any ill fortune befall your dog.
|
 |
It is the client's responsibility to advise the handler of
any habits the dog may have that could possibly present a problem in giving safe
and adequate care in the handlers' facility or at the dog show.
It is also the client's responsibility to furnish instructions and
medications the dog is on medication of any kind.
All clients are required to keep their dog's vaccinations current per
their vet's recommendations.
|
 |
It is understood that the handler, Carol Morrison, also
exhibit dogs that she co-owns or co-bred. Although
her name might be on these dogs, the actual owners must still pay their share of
the expenses for the weekend. Therefore, these
dogs will be treated in the same manner as all other dogs in the set up.
As only a limited number of dogs are taken to each show conflicts should
not occur though if this does happen, in the case of ring conflict, priority
will be at the discretion of the handler but will be given to dogs that are not
owned, co-owned or bred by handler.
|
 |
Payment is due and payable upon receipt of each invoice.
A 10% interest rate per month will be charged on invoices outstanding
after 15 days. Any and all disputes
regarding payment, which cannot be agreed upon satisfactorily between client and
handler, will be settled in a courthouse of Carol Morrison's choice. It is further agreed that the client shall pay any and all
reasonable legal fees and court costs should this action become necessary to
collect any indebtedness.
|
 |
New
clients are
required to leave a $500.00 deposit per dog. All accounts must be paid in full
to handler before the dog is returned to owner.
A signed copy of this agreement/consent form must accompany the deposit with
new clients or with dog on it's arrival to handler.
