In the future, this page will contain technical information on how to perform perfect jumps. Techniques will be examined, through video. There will be instructions on how to slow the video down so that each frame can be observed, thus making an excellent teaching tool. Jozef and his coach, Stewart Sturgeon, will comment on choreography and technique.
