As Education Coordinator for the University of Victoria computing centre I was responsible for the planning and development of user education programs for both faculty and administrative staff. I supervised the delivery of training, consultation and problem resolution services to members of the University for both mainframe and microcomputer software.

As a Lecturer in the Linguistics section, I developed and taught the following courses to graduate and undergraduate students in Linguistics and Translation.
I supervised student Honours projects and M.A. theses including Chinese-English translations, computer implementation of bilingual lexicon (Visual Basic), and computer-aided instruction for Mandarin pronunciation (Hypercard).
