1. This Beagle is being sold as a healthy pet. There is no guarantee that it will be of breeding or show quality at maturity. The health is guaranteed for 48 hours provided normal care is given.
2. This Beagle at the time of sale has been inoculated, wormed and certified in good health by a licensed veterinarian.
3. This Beagle will be solely the financial responsibility of the purchaser.
4. This Beagle is not to be used for breeding purposes and must be spayed or neutered by the age of 1 year.
5. If this Beagle cannot remain with the purchaser for whatever reason, the dog is to be returned to the breeder. If the Beagle is returned due to unsuitability within 30 days of purchase, the purchase price of $1000.00 will be refunded.
6. Should this Beagle develop an inherited health problem for which there is no treatment possible prior to the age of 2 years that is of a severity that requires the dog to be euthanized, the seller agrees to either replace the dog or provide a full refund of the purchase price.
7. Purchaser agrees to ensure that hips and eyes health checks shall be completed on this Beagle between the ages of 24 and 30 months at a vet to be agreed upon with the breeder.
8. Purchaser agrees to ensure that a thyroid health check (full panel) shall be completed on this Beagle between the ages of 36 and 48 months.
