This is an oversize rubbery reproduction of a USA 50 Cent coin of 1980.
Above the "IN GOD" are words "HONG KONG", the country of manufacture of this piece.
I have six different designs of this size and material; they were likely sold together in a package for unknown purpose.
Size is 5.5cm diameter, thickness 4mm.
