Mug L02aC14This mug is somewhat of an oddity. The mug itself is clearly identical in all dimensions to the American mug with the American logo of 1968. Yet the logo is clearly the Canadian variety adopted about 1966. The Kalen document mentions that in 1967 a quantity of decals of the Canadian logo was purchased (by Indiana Glass?) and 1000 cases of 8-ounce mugs were decorated for use, but were destroyed before use. No such mention is made of 14-ounce mugs, though it appears that this is one such mug. Canadian mugs in this period were 16-ounce, and with an 8-flute zig-zag design.
