  • Sagittarius Acquisitions, backed by investment company Grotech Capital, buys A & W Restaurants from Taubman Investment Company for about US$20 million. Sagittarius' head, Sidney Feltenstein, is a former executive vice president of marketing for Burger King Worldwide, and former key executive with Dunkin' Donuts.
