We are rooted beside Cadboro Bay, near Victoria on Vancouver Island, British Columbia (sometimes known as northern Ecotopia).  Across the road is Cadboro Bay beach, a beautiful sandy beach with views of the Olympic mountains and the Strait of Juan de Fuca.  There are few things more beautiful than sitting on the beach on a warm evening after dark and watching the moon rise over the water.  Seagulls, raccoons, ravens, otters, deer - all are our regular neighbours.  On a lucky day, however, one might can catch sight of a bald eagle or our local sea mystery, the Cadborosaurus (or "Caddy" for short), ... or one of the horned owls that live in Mystic Vale.

We are a publishing company specializing in quality books on Earth-centred spirituality and folklore, nativel European religions, and the Western Mystery Tradition.  This includes active Pagan religions such as Neo-Paganism and Witchcraft/Wicca as well as religions practised in ancient cultures.  We are dedicated to publishing and distributing a variety of high-quality books: academic books, children's books, handbooks and chapbooks, books for families who are raising their children in these spiritual paths, books for both the seeker and the sage, and books which further understanding between members of different faiths.  Our goal is to simply provide the best resources we can for a healthy, growing spiritual community that walks in harmony with the Earth.

We are not a publishing company that publishes on a topic only because it will sell or because it's the latest fad.  We will not publish books by authors looking for a trendy subject off which to make money: we, and our writers, really believe in what we sell.  We aren't out to make money off other people's spiritual traditions: we practice those traditions which provide a mandate and spiritual vision for our publishing.  We don't advertise our stuff with a "sensationalistic" slant: our books aren't intended to shock or offend you, but they may expand your reality in a very enjoyable way.  Our goal is not to churn out best sellers, but to simply provide the best resources we can for a healthy, growing spiritual community that walks in harmony with the Earth.
