If you don't want to purchase your book(s) on-line with your credit card then please fill out the form below, print it off and mail the form along with your cheque or money order to the mailing address provided near the bottom of this page.

Methods of payment for North America: Please pay by cheque or money order (made out to "Books in Motion"). All payments must be made in U.S. funds. Mail your payment to the mailing address provided near the bottom of this page. Orders are processed when payment is received by Books in Motion. Please allow six to eight weeks for delivery.

Overseas payment: Cheques are not accepted for orders outside North America. If paying from overseas please fill out an international money order (made out in U.S. funds) to "Books in Motion". Orders are processed when payment is received. As orders are shipped by surface mail please allow six to eight weeks for delivery.
