Magnetic treatment acts on the minerals causing limescale, reducing their ability to cause scale. Use of a Cyprio Magn-it prevents scale formation in pipes and within the UVC, maintaining optimum filter and UVC performance. Once installed, the Magn-it will start to work immediately. However, visible signs of scale reduction may not become apparent for 4 to 6 weeks. Another significant benefit of magnetic treatment is the virtual elimination of blanket weed. For best results, the pH level should be between 7.0 and 7.5.
