In most cases, we ship the same day or next day upon receiving your order, and you will have it within 10 days if you are in USA or Canada.
Major city delivery us usually 5 days!

For minimum orders we charge a flat rate of $25 for delivery in USA & Canada, (this usually is up to $250 in prisms) It includes first class "Express Post", insurance and tracking.

If your order exceeds 8 pounds , then it is shipped per the postal rate for weight.
Example: if you order $150 worth of round wizard balls it will weigh up to 30 pounds, and will go by weight which would be approx. $50. These items are lead crystal, and very heavy!
If it is $150 of small prisms it would be $25.

As we are WHOLESALE you must meet minimum $150 order.
(Sample orders less than this amount is charged a sample fee of $25, plus delivery and merchandise. However we REFUND the $25 sample fee on your next order if it is over $150 AND placed within 30 days)

Prices shown on far right on the hanging crystal page are "each" prices, with quantity discounts ranging from half tray to full box.

Beads are sold per package, most beads are special order, allow 60 days delivery time.

Orders

There is a $150 minimum order or a surcharge of $25 for sample fee, plus merchandise, plus delivery.
The sample fee is refundable on a subsequent order of $150 or more and placed within 30 days.

Some items (mostly the larger sizes or box quantities) are Special Order items. These items are marked throughout the site as "NA" as well as on the order form.
Please plan ahead and allow 60 days for special orders and bulk box orders.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: What does "AB" or "Aurora" or "Aurora Borealis" or "Peacock" or "Bermuda Blue" mean?

A: It means the crystal has a coating on it. The scientific name is "thin film interference coating" and it makes the crystal sparkle and iridescent. The AB coating can be on clear crystal or on colored crystal. The coating can also be thicker, and result in a "Peacock" (mostly green and pink tones) or "Bermuda Blue" (mostly blue and purple-pink tones)and other coatings. Not many HANGING crystals have the "Peacock" finish because the coating does not produce transmitted rainbows, but reflects light back like a rhinestone. Items with the special coatings are available upon special order, except as noted in the catalog.--> click for video of special coated crystals

Q: Do you have clear paperweights? (Non-iridescent)

A: Yes. Clear paperweights are available upon request. You must order 10 piece minimum of that particular paperweight. Allow 60 days for arrival of your order.

Q: Do the Swarovski crystals come with their Swarovski box?

A: The larger cut balls Art8550 & 8558 in 70 & 100mm come with the foam box and Swarovski logo. (See photo)
All other items come packed in the most economical method: Swarovski plastic trays or paper.
WE RECYCLE, so the cartons and wrap are all reused containers.

Q: Do the crystals have the laser etched Swarovski logo? A: The Swarovski STRASS crystals have the logo. The Swarovski SPECTRA crystals do not. Also, the specialty hangings and older stock STRASS items do not have the logo Note: this logo is copyrighted by Swarovski, and only Swarovksi Strass items have this logo.

Q: What is the difference between Swarovski SPECTRA balls 8290-8550 and 8290-8552 and the Swarovski STRASS balls 8558?
A: Swarovski makes two types of crystal: lead free and full lead crystal.
The SPECTRA brand is lead free.
The STRASS brand is full lead with a small logo etched into the crystal by laser (near the top hole)

Q: How big is a crystal in inches - I am not familiar with "mm"?

A: Check out our Size Chart, it has photos of everyday items and a mm to Inches conversion chart.

Q: SPECIAL ORDERS - There's a Swarovski item that isn't on your website. Can I still order it through you?

A: Yes, we carry the full Swarovski line. If there is something you want that is not on the website, we can special order it for you. However, there may be a minimum quantity and a wait time of 30 to 60 days on special orders.
Also, you must prepay, and once your order is accepted there are NO REFUNDS, as long as we deliver to you within 60 days.(If the items is not available in 60 days, a full refund is credited)
To order something not on the website, you can Phone or EMAIL us. Include the Article Number and size in mm.

Q: LIMITED EDITIONS - How limited are these?

A: Swarovski makes some cuts of crystal for only a short period of time. Sometimes they may never be made again. Other times they make another production, but we are never sure. If we find that a style in a color, or style in a size is in limited quantity, we mark it as "Limited Edition". Examples of this are 8755 in the 38 mm size (only 50 mm size is now available), the blue snowflake 8811/35 mm and 8811/50 mm.
So, if you are needing large quantities keep in mind that more stock may not be available on "Limited Edition" items.

Do you accept returns?

A: NO. These are internationally sized standard Swarovski items and colors. Be sure of what you want before ordering. Colors on the monitor do not reproduce the actual colors of the crystals, and the Aurora coating may tend to pink or blue tones. If in doubt, allow enough time to have a sample sent.
