Rather than contract out the whole public consultation program - design, staffing and ongoing implementation - you may wish to obtain some assistance to design a program and then staff and implement it with your own people, perhaps with some locally-based assistance.
In this case, our Program Design Service provides:
- a day of briefing and getting acquainted with key people involved with the proposal;
- my one-day workshop with up to 25 participants (perhaps including some from related organizations) to orient them to my approach and develop a basic design for the public consultation program for the proposal;
- an intensive day with the project team to develop a summary of the situation, goals and objectives, detailed program of work, level of effort, schedule and estimated budget;
- two days for travel to and from the site, or whatever is required.
We have provided this service in 1996 in Costa Rica, St. John's NF and Manila in the Philippines; the standard price is $6,000 plus travel costs.
