Our free proposals for consulting services usually consist of five components:
- Situation: our understanding of your setting or environment including the nature of the issues, the parties involved, geographic layout, etc.;
- Program Goals: what the public consultation program needs to accomplish;
- Program of Work: series of tasks to be performed so Goals will be achieved, e.g. prepare a social profile of the community, publish a responsive publication, organize an Open House, etc.;
- Level of Effort and Schedule: person days needed for each task and estimated completion dates;
- Estimated Budget: based on professional time and expected expenses.
