CONDUIT'S goals:

• To provide a communications and action network for owners of Leaky Condos in the Victoria Area
• Be a source of education, moral support, and share experiences among Leaky Condo Owners in the Victoria Area Organize and coordinate the efforts of Victoria Area Leaky Condo Owners in lobbying all levels of Government to address the crisis
• To document the extent of the problem and raise public awareness of just how large a disaster this really is
• To break the conspiracy of silence surrounding this crisis by naming names, pointing out trends, and keeping the issues out in the open
