Introduction

The CHROMA INSTITUTE was established in 1996 with the aim of disseminating information about the A-B Chromatic Notation, to aid interested musicians in mastering the system, and to research and investigate methods of promoting Chromatic Notation on a world-wide basis. Composers who wish to make use of this notation may approach the Institute about assistance with publication and distribution of their music. An extension for NoteWriter II® for Apple Macintosh Computers is also available to help composers and editors to edit and print their own high quality music.

Should you be interested in learning more about the activities of the CHROMA INSTITUTE or to register for membership, you are invited to send E-mail to Chroma Institute.

Different kinds of membership are available. As we hope to attract many of the younger generation, the annual membership fee is only US $ 10.00 or EUR 12.00.
