Although Black History occurs all year long, February is the month that brings our achievements and culture into focus. We all have a responsibility to bring Black History Month to the attention of the community at large and support February's events. In addition to supporting our Society's events, please also remember to support the B.C. Black History Awareness Society as well as the Black businesses all year long, this means telling others about the businesses, as well as frequenting them ourselves. Membership in the B.C.
