In honor of Black History Month, kodak.com has collaborated with the George Eastman House to feature Powerful Days in Black and White, a compilation of black and white photographs which demonstrate how photography set the stage for and forwarded the cause of the Civil Rights Movement. The compelling pictures, found at http://www.kodak.com/go/civilrights were taken by professional photographer Charles Moore and show how the poignant images of the tumultuous Civil Rights era propelled the movement into the national spotlight. Moore's work can be seen on kodak.com during the month of February, and can always be found on the site in the 'previous features' section.
