Call to Order
The Chair called the meeting to order at 2:37 p.m.
Minutes
RMS Mavis/Ron “That the AGM minutes of September 17, 2006 be adopted as circulated.” Carried
Business Arising
None noted
Financial Report
The Acting Treasurer, Karen Hoshal, noted that a detailed statement was available for each member to peruse.
The current Bank Balance stands at $3,525.24
RMS Me-Kon/Jackie, “That the 2006-2997 Financial Report be adopted as presented.”
Carried.
Event and Fund Raising
The report had been given previously by Me-Kon at the General Meeting.
Elections
Karen turned the Chair to Mavis for this portion of the meeting.
The following members were declared elected by acclamation and thanks were given to all.
