The table shows the properties of the binary compounds and the resultant ternary combination where x the mole % GaSb can be varied continuously to provide the desired lattice matching or energy bandgap. All compositions of the non-congruent melting ternary compound can be prepared in single crystal form using the Amistar Travelling Heater Method (THM) process.
