PEAK SEASON: Christmas to Easter* and July 1 to Labor Day
3 Nights: $900 US
4 Nights: $1200 US
1 Week: $1600 US
2 Weeks: $2500 US
* Premium rate for Christmas and New Years

OFF SEASON: All Other Times*
2, 3, 4 Nights: $200 US per night
1 Week: $950 US
2 Weeks: $1900 US
* 20% premium for Labor Day through Memorial Day

INCLUDES: Everything you need including use of amenities, bed linens,
towels, cutlery, cookware, firewood, phone, electricity, propane, etc.

PAYMENT: Certified Check, Money/Postal Order, Cash

DEPOSIT: A 50% deposit is due 1 week after booking. The remainder
is due 6 weeks before use. 100% is required if booked within
6 weeks of use. A refundable damage deposit is required.
