Victoria Devils Tryouts
The Victoria Fastball Club will be holding tryouts for their 2009 Rep Teams.  All of the sessions will be held at Helmcken Park in View Royal.  All players are welcome.  Please bring appropriate clothing, equipment and water.

Squirt A (players born in 1997/1998)

2008 Canadian Championships
Bantam A Nationals

The Victoria Devils 92 team came home with the bronze medal finishing third at their Nationals in Regina.
Aija Salvador was selected to the All Star team as one of the three outfielders and Jess Renfrew was also selected to the team as the All Star First Baseman.

Peewee A Nationals

The Victoria Devils 94 team also came home with some hardware with a third place finish at their Nationals in Montreal.
Amanda LeSergent was selected the Round Robin MVP and Sarah Chow was selected to the All Star team as the starting Shortstop.

Junior A Nationals
At Summerside PEI, the Island Devils also won Bronze. All Star Awards included Natasha Berry (Outfield) and Marisa Litster (Top Pitcher).

  • Langford Lightning Bantam A Boys who won the Silver medal at the recent Western Canadians in Airdrie, Alberta...the Lightning lost to the Calgary Rockies 2-0 in the final...
  • Langford Peewee C Boys who won Bronze at the provincials in Richmond - 9 boys from this team also went to the summer games and medaled there
  • Duncan Just Jakes who won Gold and Sooke Smoke who won Silver at Midget A Boys Provincials
  • Langford Lightning who won Gold and Sooke Heat who won Bronze at Bantam A Boys Provincials
  • Victoria Devils 92 who won Gold at Bantam A Girls Provincials and Silver at Canada Cup
  • Victoria Devils 94 who won Silver at the Peewee A Provincials
  • Sooke Thunder who won Silver at Peewee A Boys Provincials
  • Strawberry Vale Shock who won Gold at Midget B Girls Provincials
  • Strawberry Vale who won Bronze at Midget C Girls Provincials
