Reasonable Rates
I offer these services at a reasonable hourly rate or by contract. Some of my services are provided on-site in Greater Victoria only.

No Free Technical Support
I regret that I cannot provide free technical support by email or telephone. It takes time to research your individual solution, and I must charge for that time.

Because of the large volume of email, I am forced to ignore most of it.

Describe the Problem
Describe the problem you are having in sufficient detail so that it can be either duplicated here or that I can understand what may be causing the problem. Recent changes to either hardware or software should be noted.
Describe Your Computer
As well, you should indicate what software and hardware you are running:
- Your operating system and version. (Windows: see System in the Control Panel and include the information under Computer at the bottom of the page that appears.)
- Any relevant software and the version. (Windows: left-click the Help menu then About [program name].)
- What security software you are running. (Include firewalls, anti-virus, anti-spyware and similar software.)
- Any other information that you think may have a bearing on the problem such as new hardware or software, changes with your Internet service provider (Shaw, Telus, etc.).
