Reasonable Rates
We offer these services at a reasonable hourly rate or by contract. Some of our services are provided on-site in Greater Victoria.

No Free Techincal Support
We regret that we cannot provide free technical support by e-mail or telephone. It takes time to research your individual solution, and we must charge for that time.
Browse through our free on-line resources. You will find plenty of information to help yourself on more than 25 pages of hints, advice and relevant links.
Engaging Our Services
Because of the large volume of e-mail, we are forced to ignore most of it.
If you wish to engage our services, we will be glad to assist you at our standard rates. Please pre-purchase time and indicate your PayPal payment at the top of your message requesting help. We appreciate your understanding.
Describe the Problem
Describe the problem you are having in sufficient detail so that it can be either duplicated here or that I can understand what may be causing the problem. Recent changes to either hardware or software should be noted.
Describe Your Computer
As well, you should indicate what software and hardware you are running:
- Your operating system and version. (Windows: right-click My Computer then left-click Properties. Include the information under Computer at the bottom of the page that appears. )
- Any relevant software and the version. (Windows: left-click the Help menu then About [program name].)
- What security software you are running. (Include firewalls, anti-virus, anti-spyware and similar software.)
- Any other information that you think may have a bearing on the problem (e.g. new hardware or software, changes with your ISP, etc.).
