Our Services
We provide computer help desk and other services via email and telephone.
On-site services are offered by appointment only, usually on Wednesday afternoons and only in the Greater Victoria area in British Columbia, Canada.
Obtaining Professional Help
Because of the large volume of email, I am forced to ignore most of it. If you do choose to contact me, please ensure that you have included enough information to make a reasonable answer possible.
If you require professional help:
- I charge for my services.
- Please pre-purchase time.
- Once your pre-payment has been approved, I will contact you to make appropriate arrangements.
