I write primarily about women's health and fitness. Since 1988, I have written a monthly health/fitness column for Focus on Women magazine. Periodically I write feature articles on health or fitness, which allow a more in-depth exploration of the topic. Interviews, both expert and anecdotal, are a particular area of expertise due to my extensive counselling background. My knowledge about horses is a unique specialty which has come from writing a weekly column about horses in the Victoria daily newspaper, Times Colonist, since 1974.
