Advanced Rescue Craft  -  ARC

The ARC  Survival Pod is designed to

Save Lives.

Oceans cover over 70 percent of the Earth’s surface. There is 350 million cubic miles of water sloshing upon Earth’s crust, reaching to a depth of 36,200 feet in the Pacific’s Marianas Trench.

Since the 1940s, parts of Antarctica have warmed by nearly five degrees Fahrenheit, as evidenced by records at the United Kingdom's Faraday Station. The West Antarctic Ice Sheet is half the size of the U.S. and more than three miles thick at its deepest point. Were it to break up or slide into the ocean, sea level around the world might suddenly rise by twenty feet, imperiling billions of people.

According to the U.S. Geological Survey, global sea level has risen about 4 inches (10 cm) during the past century. It says if all the Earth's glaciers melted, which is unlikely, sea levels would rise by 260 feet (80 meters). Antarctica, the fifth largest continent, contains about 90 percent of the world's glacial ice.

The ARC survival craft,  is the only one of its design in the world.

Its extremely rugged high density, custom molded exterior allows this practical yet attractive looking vessel with its unique geometric design to withstand flooding and marine disasters. With its low center of gravity, created by storing large volumes of fresh drinking water in the bilge area for ballast, this self-righting and auto-surfacing, extremely buoyant vessel can withstand, torrents of fast moving water, mud slides, rapid ocean flooding and even large breaking waves caused by Tsunami.

The ARC’s ability to survive Tsunami is what makes it truly unique and separates it from all other inflatable life rafts and rescue boats. Its tsunami survival capability earns the ARC a classification all of it’s own. IT can also be buried below ground and used as a Tornado shelter and also transported via helicopter to remote mountain top locations and be used to provide transportable emergency rescue shelters or lodging for technicians etc.

Loaded with substantial quantities of survival & emergency provisions. It accommodates and secures 4 people with relative comfort for a period of up to 4 months if needed.

The emergency locator beacon and strobe light, assures quick location and rescue. This unit can be transported and rescued easily once located by a Helicopter, boat, rescue truck, etc.

The hi-end model of the ARC comes with its own self-contained, solar generating, electrical system. A few of the on board electrical components include: Interior lighting, high visibility emergency locating strobe light beacon, gps,cb, vhf and the BayGen am/fm radio. These units also come fully equipped with an emergency locator signal transmitter operating on internationally recognized rescue frequencies.
